Service Description

I worked at treatment centres teaching people with addictions to meditate so trust me I can teach anyone to meditate. LOL, I have personally been meditating for 18 years and daily for 10 years. Meditation is without a doubt my love and passion and has changed me and my future more than any other modality. I also do not believe I would be alive today had I not dedicated myself to the practice.
